The PM4100 mic boom by CAD is a simple, universal microphone arm designed to fit most desktop microphones. It features a counterbalanced, spring-loaded two-section boom arm with quiet operation. The PM4100 mic arm attaches to a desk or shelf with a universal C-clamp. Content creators need a mic arm for the best possible sound quality. Microphones are designed to be positioned in front of an audio source in a certain way. If your microphone cant pick up sound correctly, the audio recording will be subpar. Microphones may need to be re-positioned in the middle of a recording. The last thing content creators need is rogue creaking being captured by the microphone from that movement. Bad ergonomics can cause back issues, sore shoulders, and other problems. If artists are going to record themselves for an extended period, they need to adapt the environment to them.
