If you prefer to pick up your item(s):

1. Select IN-STORE PICKUP from the drop down menu
2. Select the store location where you'd like to pick up your order
3. Continue through our "Safe Shopping" checkout procedure

PLEASE NOTE! To pick up your merchandise, you will need to provide the actual credit card used to make the purchase.

In-store pickup is for in-stock items only. You must choose to have all your purchases delivered or picked up. Should you choose to have some items delivered, and want to pick up the other items, you will need to place two separate orders.

It's easy to take advantage of in-store pickup!

1. After you have placed your pickup order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of that order.
2. When the store you have selected has your order ready, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Your credit card will be charged at this time.
3. To pick up your merchandise, you will need to:
   a) present the e-mail confirmation of your order;
   b) provide the actual credit card used to make the purchase;
   c) acknowledge receipt of your merchandise with your signature. (To ensure the security of your online purchases, only the person who made the purchase may pick up the merchandise at the store.)
4. You will need to pick up your items within 2 calendar days. Please go to the "Will Call" desk to pick up your items. If you have not picked up your items within 2 calendar days, your order will be cancelled.

PLEASE NOTE: When placing an order for in-store pickup, the ordered items are pulled from store inventory; they are not shipped to your local Micro Center store. Items that are not currently in store inventory at your local Micro Center will be cancelled from your pickup order and cannot be backordered. The cancelled items, however, may be available for purchase online, then shipped to your designated home or business address.
