Corsaire 4000d Airflow budget build

This is a budget pc build that I made due to the amazing 12700k + Asus z690 Combo at Micro Center. Prior to this sale, I had no intention of building a computer any time soon. When I saw this sale, I knew I had to jump at the chance to make a new pc build. I made this build with a strict budget in mind, but I also wanted to ensure that I purchased parts that will last for at least the next 2 years. In a year a two from now, I plan to make a few significant upgrades to this build. I will upgrade the CPU to a 13th gen chip like the 13600k or the 13700k. If the AK620 is not able to sufficiently cool the CPU, I may also need to upgrade to a 240mm or 280mm AIO. I also plan on upgrading my GPU to either a AMD 6800xt or NVIDIA 3080.
