APC Back-UPS BVN650M1 Battery Backup & Surge Protector Designed for electronics in your home or office, such as computers and related equipment, the Back-UPS BVN650M1 Battery Backup & Surge Protector from APC provides clean battery power when power is interrupted or fluctuates outside of expected levels. In the case of a power outage, it can provide up to 1.9 minutes of runtime at max load and 10 minutes at half load. It also provides an output capacity of 650 VA / 360W, seven total NEMA 5-15R outlets (five battery backup & surge and two surge-only), an input voltage of 120 VAC at 60 Hz 5 Hz using its 5' cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug, and a surge energy rating of 490 joules. Its sealed lead-acid battery is maintenance-free and can be recharged in 6-8 hours. Two of the battery & surge outlets and spaced widely to accommodate larger plugs, and there is also a 2.1A USB Type-A charging port that is MFi certified for smartphones and tablets. To help ensure a long operational life, APC backs this UPS with a limited 3-year repair or replace warranty for the APC unit, a limited 1-year battery warranty, and a limited lifetime $75,000 equipment protection policy. General Features USB Type-A Charging Port The USB Type-A charging port is MFi certified and provides 2.1A for smartphones and tablets. Mute Button The mute button allows for the simple silencing of the battery backup alarms. Adjustable Voltage Sensitivity Provides the ability to adapt the UPS for optimal performance in specific power environments or generator applications. Audible Alarms Provides notification of changing utility power and UPS power conditions. Automatic Self-Test Periodic battery self-test ensures early detection of a battery that needs to be replaced. Battery Failure Notification Provides early-warning fault analysis on batteries enabling timely preventive maintenance. Building Wiring Fault Indicator This LED informs users of potentially dangerous wiring problems in the wall circuit. Cold-Start Capable Provides temporary battery power when the utility power is out. Battery-Protected and Surge-Only Outlets Reserves power capacity and run time for connected equipment that require UPS battery back-up while providing surge-only protection for less critical equipment Surge-Only Outlets Protect secondary electronics from surges and spikes without reducing battery power used to run primary electronics during an outage. General Return Policy
Desktop / notebook computers, tablets, processors, motherboards, digital cameras, camcorders and projectors, Cell Phones and Accessories, 3D printers, 3D scanners, and CD/DVD duplicators may be returned within 15 days of purchase. All other products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
VR Headsets and Earbuds are only eligible for return within 15 days, if deemed defective.
Merchandise must be in new condition, with original carton / UPC, and all packaging / accessories / materials. If you need to return software, a game or a movie, remember that you may not retain any copies — it’s not legal, and it’s not nice.
Bundle Return Policy
Items purchased as part of a bundle are not eligible for individual returns. Only complete, unused bundles may be returned for a refund, subject to our standard return policy guidelines.
Digital Downloads
All Digital Download sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund under the Micro Center Return Policy.
Using the software may require the use of a computer or other device that must meet minimum system requirements. It is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the system requirements before making your purchase. Software system requirements are typically found on the Product information specification page.
Aerial Drones
Micro Center is happy to honor its customary 15-day return policy for Aerial Drone returns due to product defect or customer dissatisfaction.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns with damage due to pilot error. So let’s be careful out there!
As of December 21, 2015 all drones, regardless of purchase date, between 0.55 lb (8.82 oz, 250 g, 0.25 kg) and 55 lb take-off weight are required by the FAA to be registered for outdoor use. Details regarding registration can be found at: https://www.faa.gov/uas/getting_started/
