Delivers Class 4 PoE power over Ethernet cabling. Complies with IEEE 802.3at Power over Ethernet standard supplying up to 30W out of the injector. The Ethernet cable goes from the non-PoE switch into the Injector. A separate Ethernet cable goes with PoE from the Injector to the broader network. Typically, the Injector is placed next to the switch. Power is delivered to the Injector from a cord (ordered separately) plugged into a local outlet. Compatible with Instant On AP25, AP27, and AP32 access points. Supports gigabit speed connections between switch and Injector, transmitting data at same gigabit speed to the remote device. Power cord must be ordered separately.
