Fast Startup may allow your computer to start up quicker after a full shutdown, however, in some cases with startup problems it can be better to disable Fast Startup to try and resolve those problems.

These steps will enable you to manage Fast Startup settings:

1. Open Windows Power Options
2. Select Additional power settings in the Related settings section
3. On the Power Options menu, select Choose what the power buttons do
4. On the next screen, select Change settings that are currently unavailable
5. Under Shutdown settings, check the box to toggle fast startup on or off. Choose Save changes if necessary
