Description: This article will show you how to choose which apps are able to automatically run in the background as you use your Windows 10 computer.

1. Click on the Windows menu and click on the gear icon for Settings.
   
2. Click on Privacy.
   
3. Scroll down and select Background Apps.
   
4. Here you can toggle apps on and off depending on what you prefer. You can also change the option Let apps run in the background to off and it will automatically toggle off all apps.
