How do I receive my discount for services?

Yes, Priority care is a one year membership that automatically renews month to month after the first year. To make changes to your subscription, visit your account dashboard.

With PriorityCare+ you get unlimited technical support sessions. Typically email and Microsoft Office issues can be easily solved during this time. If there is a more severe underlying problem causing your issue, then additional services may be required. A diagnostic is a great place to start and is always covered under PriorityCare+.
How Often can I call or visit the store for support?

By accessing or using your PriorityCare+ membership, or by your affirmative acceptance of these Terms of Service as part of the membership purchase or set-up process, you are accepting and agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service and representing and warranting that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or have achieved the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence) and otherwise legally able to enter into and form contracts under applicable law. These Terms of Service constitute a binding and enforceable legal agreement between you and Micro Electronics, Inc. d/b/a Micro Center (“Micro Center”).
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS AN AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING MEMBERSHIP. SEE SECTION 4 BELOW FOR ADDITIONAL DETAILS REGARDING THE MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL PROCESS AND RENEWAL FEES.

Terms
- These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PriorityCare+ membership program ("Membership") provided by Micro Center. The Membership offers enhanced technical support, cloud storage, and prioritized service.
- Micro Center reserves the right to modify these Terms or terminate the PriorityCare+ program at any time. Changes to these Terms will be posted at https://microcenter.com/pcplus-terms. Continued use of your Membership after such changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Requirements
- You must have or create a Micro Center Account (“Account”) and use the email address associated with that Account when purchasing your Membership.

A valid Account is required for all aspects of PriorityCare+ program management, including but not limited to:
- Initiating and maintaining your Membership
- Setting up and accessing cloud storage services
- Receiving customer support and service updates

To create an Account, you must provide:
- Your first and last name
- A valid email address
- A valid U.S. postal address
- A valid U.S. mobile phone number associated with a device that operates on a cellular network and is capable of receiving text messages. Landline phone numbers are not accepted.
- The purchase of a Membership is not currently being offered to persons residing outside of the fifty states of the United States and the District of Columbia.

Account Restrictions
- You may link only one Account to your Membership.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account information and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to notify Micro Center immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security.
- The availability to purchase a Membership and receive certain Membership benefits is limited to designated sales channels (e.g., in-store vs. online) and where not prohibited by law.

Payment and Automatic Renewal of Membership
- AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF MEMBERSHIP: BY PURCHASING A MEMBERSHIP, YOU AGREE TO PAY MICRO CENTER THE UPFRONT ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE (PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES) PER PURCHASED YEAR, AS IDENTIFIED AT THE POINT OF PURCHASE. YOUR INITIAL MEMBERSHIP TERM (“INITIAL TERM”) COMMENCES IMMEDIATELY UPON PURCHASE. AFTER THE INITIAL TERM, YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW ON A MONTH-TO-MONTH BASIS (“RENEWAL TERM”) UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU AFFIRMATIVELY TERMINATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP AS DESCRIBED BELOW. DURING THE RENEWAL TERM, MICRO CENTER WILL AUTOMATICALLY BILL THE THEN-CURRENT MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP PRICE PLUS TAXES TO YOUR CHOSEN PAYMENT METHOD ON A MONTHLY BASIS. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BEFORE ANY PRICING CHANGES TAKE EFFECT VIA THE EMAIL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

Auto-Renewal Notifications:
- You will receive a notice via email that your Membership will renew 7 days before you are billed. Such email notice will be sent to the email address associated with your Membership.
- You are responsible to maintain up-to-date contact information on file with Micro Center via the PriorityCare+ Membership Management Portal in order to ensure you receive these and other Membership-related notifications.

Manage your Membership:
- To manage your Membership, visit the PriorityCare+ Membership Management Portal at https://microcenter-it.chargebeeportal.com/portal or contact us through the PriorityCare+ phone line, via chat on the Micro Center website, or at any Micro Center retail location.
- Note that updating your email address or other contact information in your Account will not automatically result in corresponding changes being made to the information associated with your Membership. Accordingly, all Membership-related updates should be made via the PriorityCare+ Membership Management Portal or the alternative contact methods described in the paragraph above.
- Payment Methods: You must provide valid credit card information in order to activate your Membership, and you are obligated to maintain valid credit card information on file with Micro Center via the PriorityCare+ Membership Management Portal throughout the term of your Membership. Failure to maintain a valid credit card on file with Micro Center may result in cancellation of your Membership and loss of associated benefits. Payment information may be updated through the PriorityCare+ Membership Management Portal. The Micro Center Insider Credit Card is not an accepted form of payment for the Membership fees.
- Charges: By activating your Membership, you authorize Micro Center to charge the upfront Membership fee and any applicable taxes for the Initial Term to your selected credit card. You further authorize Micro Center (via its third-party membership management service provider) to store your payment information and charge your selected credit card periodically for the monthly Membership fee and any applicable taxes during any Renewal Term, unless and until you cancel your Membership in accordance with these Terms or we terminate it. You must cancel your Membership before it renews in order to avoid billing of the next periodic Membership fee to your account.

Cloud Storage
- You receive 1TB of encrypted cloud storage with your Membership. The cloud storage is furnished by Micro Center’s third party service provider, currently iDrive, Inc. (“Cloud Provider”) and accessible through a link in your PriorityCare+ Membership Management Portal dashboard through use of a voucher code. If you have an existing account with the Cloud Provider, you may not be eligible to redeem the voucher code and receive the 1TB of cloud storage.
- You must affirmatively activate your cloud storage account with the Cloud Provider through redemption of the voucher code in order to obtain access to the cloud storage services. Subject to the Cloud Provider’s applicable terms and conditions, your cloud storage account will be accessible as long as your Membership remains active.
- The cloud storage is provided by the Cloud Provider and not by Micro Center. Accordingly, your access to and use of the cloud storage is subject to the Cloud Provider’s applicable terms and conditions.
- If your Membership is suspended or terminated by us pursuant to these Terms, you may also lose access to your cloud storage account. When your Membership ends, the data in your cloud storage account will become inaccessible. You will then have 30 days to sign up for a paid cloud storage plan with the Cloud Provider in order to maintain access to your cloud storage account. If you do not establish a paid account within 30 days after the Membership end date, your data will be deleted by the Cloud Provider. We will notify you of available paid cloud storage plans offered by the Cloud Provider in connection with the expiration or termination of your Membership.
- MICROCENTER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE CLOUD STORAGE SERVICES AND WILL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU FOR DAMAGES OF ANY TYPE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OR ACCESS THE CLOUD STORAGE SERVICES.
- Prioritized Service: You receive Membership phone support via a dedicated priority phone line.

Technical Support
- The availability of certain features may be subject to technical limitations, geographical restrictions, or other factors beyond Micro Center's control. Micro Center does not guarantee the continuous availability of all features and offerings.

Your Membership includes the following key features:

Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your Membership at any time through the PriorityCare+ Membership Management Portal, through the PriorityCare+ phone line, via chat on the Micro Center website, or at any Micro Center retail location. Your cancellation will be effective at the expiration of the then-current Initial Term or Renewal Term, and you will continue to have access to your Membership benefits through such expiration date, unless your Membership is earlier suspended or terminated by us pursuant to these Terms. We must receive your cancellation notice prior to the scheduled Membership renewal date in order to avoid renewal of the Membership for the next Renewal Term.
- Refunds are available within 30 days of your initial purchase date of your Membership if you have not used any of the discounted SKUs or free services provided as part of your Membership. Prioritization of service (such as use of dedicated support lines) alone does not constitute usage for the purposes of refund eligibility. Where a refund is issued, your Membership and access to the associated benefits will terminate immediately.
- Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase your Membership.

Service Usage Tracking; Excess Use
- Micro Center monitors and tracks the usage of PriorityCare+ services to ensure fair use and prevent abuse of the Membership benefits.
- PriorityCare+ is intended for personal use only. Use of the Membership for business or commercial purposes is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the Membership without refund.

If Micro Center detects usage patterns that suggest:
- The Membership is being used for business or commercial purposes, rather than personal use
- Usage that is resulting in an unreasonable burden on Micro Center’s systems or resources
- Usage that is having a material negative impact on the ability of other subscribers to access or use Membership benefits
- The Membership is being shared with third parties
- Usage that is fraudulent, illegal, or inconsistent with the purposes of the PriorityCare+ program as determined by Micro Center
- Suspend or limit access to certain Membership benefits
- Require additional verification of personal use
- Terminate the Membership

Latency and System Sync Issues
- Micro Center employs multiple systems and platforms to manage PriorityCare+ memberships. While we strive for real-time updates, customers acknowledge that there may be a delay between membership changes and their reflection across all systems. Customers may experience a potential delay (up to 15 minutes) in updating a customer’s membership status across all platforms.
- Latency in system updates may temporarily affect recognition of active membership status, access to PriorityCare+ benefits, and application of discounts or free services.
- Micro Center is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from temporary inability to access PriorityCare+ benefits due to system latency.

Membership Management Portal
- The PriorityCare+ Membership Management Portal is operated by Chargebee, Inc. (“Chargebee”), a third-party membership management service provider.
- Micro Center shares necessary customer data with Chargebee for the sole purpose of managing your Membership.
- Data sharing is governed by Micro Center’s Privacy Policy and Chargebee’s Privacy Policy.
- Use of the PriorityCare+ Membership Management Portal is governed by Chargebee’s Terms of Service.

Data Privacy
- Your use of the PriorityCare+ membership program, and any personal information you submit to us in connection with such use, is subject to Micro Center’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
- Arbitration Agreement: You and Micro Center agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. This agreement to arbitrate is intended to be broadly interpreted and includes claims arising out of or relating to any aspect of these Terms or your Membership.
- Class Action Waiver: YOU AND MICRO CENTER AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
- Jury Trial Waiver: IF FOR ANY REASON A CLAIM PROCEEDS IN COURT RATHER THAN ARBITRATION, YOU AND MICRO CENTER WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first using the Membership by emailing GeneralCounsel@microcenter.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out."

Limitation of Liability
- TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MICRO CENTER'S LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE MEMBERSHIP IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS. MICRO CENTER IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you to the extent any such jurisdiction’s law is applicable to these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties
- THE MEMBERSHIP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties, so the above disclaimers may not apply to you to the extent any such jurisdiction’s law is applicable to these Terms.

Miscellaneous
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Micro Center regarding the Membership.
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
- Micro Center's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Legal Notice for New Jersey Residents: Under the New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice ACT (“TCCWNA”), N.J.S.A. 56:12-14 et seq., consumers may not be offered any written contract which includes any provision that violates any clearly established legal right of a consumer, or responsibility of a seller, as established by state or federal law. In addition, under the TCCWNA, no consumer contract may state that any of its provisions are or may be void, unenforceable or inapplicable in some jurisdictions without specifying which provisions are or are not void, unenforceable or inapplicable in New Jersey. Therefore, the following provisions of these Terms shall not be applicable to New Jersey residents:
- The provisions concerning limiting Micro Center’s liability for any loss or damage is not applicable to New Jersey residents to the extent Micro Center was negligent or has breached its obligation; and
- The provisions concerning the exclusion or limitation of certain damages is not applicable to New Jersey residents with respect to punitive damages, loss of data, and loss of or damage to property.
- NOTICE OF ELECTRONIC DELIVERY: By enrolling in PriorityCare+, you agree to receive these Terms of Service and any future updates electronically at the email address you provided. It is your responsibility to maintain a current email address with us via the PriorityCare+ Membership Management Portal. You may request a paper copy or withdraw consent for electronic delivery by contacting customer support.
