Yes, Priority care is a one year membership that automatically renews month to month after the first year. To make changes to your subscription, visit your account dashboard.

Does PriorityCare+ cover help with email and Microsoft Office issues?

With PriorityCare+ you get unlimited technical support sessions. Typically email and Microsoft Office issues can be easily solved during this time. If there is a more severe underlying problem causing your issue, then additional services may be required. A diagnostic is a great place to start and is always covered under PriorityCare+.

How Often can I call or visit the store for support?

Both! Depending on your issue and preferences, we have US-based experts online and in-store that can help you. Our remote tech support experts are available Monday – Friday: 9am to 12 midnight EST, Saturday: 10am to 12 midnight EST, and Sunday: 11am to 9pm EST. Our in-store experts are available Monday – Saturday 10am to 9pm and Sunday 11am to 6pm. Holiday hours vary
