I am having difficulty connecting with Bluetooth

First, make sure that your computer supports the Bluetooth functionality - not all computers have the hardware to connect. Next, make sure that the Bluetooth device is in pair mode. For Windows, open Settings or Control Panel, then open Bluetooth and Other Devices. Here there is an option to add a Bluetooth device. Enter or match the code that is necessary to pair. For a Mac, navigate to Apple menu > System Preferences, then select Bluetooth. The device will appear on the list, then select Pair, and match the code for pairing.
