My wireless keyboard or mouse won't work

First, make sure that the wireless device has new or good batteries. Next, all wireless devices will have a USB Receiver to plug in to the computer - make sure that this is installed and recognized by the computer. This is often found in the same location that the batteries are inserted into or within the packaging. You may want to try a different USB port on your computer to see if it detects it.
