Video DVDs will not play on my Windows 10 computer

With Windows 10 (and Windows 8), most systems do not include a DVD playing software. You will need to install software to the computer in order to watch DVDs. There is software available for purchase through the Windows Store app on the computer. One third-party solution to consider is VLC Media Player which you can download directly from their website: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html. Please be advised that although we are suggesting that you consider this software for video playing purposes, any support for the application would need to be provided through the vendor's support options.
