My email application is not updating my inbox

Log in to your Webmail server through your web browser to ensure that you in fact have new emails. If you do, then proceed with troubleshooting your email program, but if you do not, it would be best to speak with your email provider support to find out what might be going on with the server.

If you are getting new email messages in the webmail version, but not on your computer's email client program, it becomes necessary to troubleshoot the client program. Check first to be sure that your account information is up to date in the program. Other email client programs will have a similar process to check these settings. If troubleshooting the email client program does not help, it would be best to contact your email provider for further assistance.
