I am unable to sign in to my Windows 10 computer

Note: Doing this process will delete all files currently on the computer.

Start the computer and from the log-in screen, select the Power button on the screen. Hold down the shift key and select Restart while holding down Shift. Make sure you hold the Shift key down when Windows is restarting and don’t release it until you see a blue screen with the troubleshoot option. Release Shift once you see this, then choose Troubleshoot. On the next screen, select the Reset this PC option. You will want to choose fully clean the drive when it gives more options. Once this process is complete you will be able to create a new account. Windows will behave as if it were a new PC at this point.
