This article shows you how to create a new user account in Windows Vista operating system.

1. Click on the Start button at the bottom left side of your screen, then click Control Panel.

2. Click on Add or remove user accounts.

3. Click on Create a new account.

4. Type a name in the New account name box, then select Standard user or Administrator.

5. Click Create Account and the new account will be created.
