How to print a Test Page in Windows 7

Description: This article for Windows 7 will show how to print a test page to ensure a printer is functioning.

  1. Click on the Start button and select Devices and Printers from the Start Menu.

  2. On the new window, under the Printers and Faxes section, locate the printer to test.
  3. Right-click on that printer and choose Printer Properties.

  4. On the new window, click Print Test Page in the bottom right to print a test page.
