  1. To automatically wrap text in a cell in Excel 2010, click on the Home tab.
  2. Click the Wrap Text button in the Alignment section of the ribbon.
  3. The text now wraps within the cell automatically.
  4. Another way to get to these and other advanced options is to click on the small box in the corner of the Alignment category of tools.
  5. Check the box that says Wrap Text and then click OK.
