How to enable Internet Time Synchronization in Windows 7

  1. Click on the Clock located in the System Tray.
  2. Click on the Change date and time settings Link.

  3. Click on the Internet Time Tab.
  4. Click on the Change settings Button.

  5. Check the Synchronize with an Internet time server Option.
  6. Type time.nist.gov into the Server: Field.

  7. Click on the Update now Button.
  8. Click on the OK Button.
