How to reset the AT&T Sierra Mobile Hotspot to Factory Settings
You can reset the Mobile hotspot to the factory setting on the device or on the Mobile Hotspot Homepage. This is useful if you have lost your Wifi Key.
To reset the mobile hotspot on the device:
- Remove the back cover.
- Use a small object such as the end of a paper clip to press and hold the reset button for 5 to 10 seconds.
- When prompted on the LCD to do so, press the power button to confirm the reset.
- Replace the back cover.
