How to rotate a Photo in Microsoft Paint

  1. Click on the Start button and select All Programs.

  2. Locate the Accessories folder and click on it.

  3. Find the Paint icon and click it to open the application.

  4. Click the blue tab in the upper left hand corner.

  5. Click Open.

  6. Navigate to and click on the file to be edited and click the Open button.

  7. Click on the Rotate button.

  8. A menu will appear with several options. In this example the image will be rotated 180 degrees by clicking on that button.

  10. Click the blue tab again and select Save to save the changes to the open image.
