How to check the Battery Health of your MAC OS computer
Description: This article describes the process of checking the battery health of your MAC, in addition to the "Cycle Count" (how many times your MAC has been fully charged).
- Click the Apple Icon at the top left of the Finder Bar on your computer.
- Click About This Mac.
- Click More info...
- Click System Report...
- Click Power on the left-hand side.
- Under Health Information, the Cycle Count and Condition are shown. The Cycle Count is how many times your MAC's battery has been fully charged (from a 0% charge). The Condition states your MAC's battery condition; a condition of Normal is optimal.
