How to connect a Nintendo Wii to a Wireless Network

Description: This guide will walk through how to connect a Nintendo Wii to a wireless network.

  1. Turn on the Nintendo Wii.
  2. Point to the Wii button using the Wii Remote in the lower left corner of the main menu and press the A button.

  3. Point to Wii Settings using the Wii Remote and press the A button.

  4. Go to page two of the Wii Settings and select Internet.

  5. Select Connection 1.

  6. Select Wireless Connection.

  7. Select Search for an Access Point and select OK.

  8. Select your wireless network and enter the security key to connect.

  9. Select OK.
  10. Select Save Settings.
  11. Select Yes to test connection.
