How to add a Browser Address Bar to the Taskbar in Windows 7

Description: This article will show you how to add an address bar for an internet browser to the taskbar in Windows 7.

  1. Right-click on the Taskbar of the desktop.

  2. Click on Toolbars.
  3. Select Address from the menu.

  4. There will now be an address bar from which you can type a website address to quickly open the internet and go directly to that website. Just type the address and press enter to go.
