Description: This article will show you how to access the help and support options built in to Windows 8.

1. Click on the hotspot in the lower right hand corner.
   
2. When the menu appears, click on the Settings charm.
   
3. When the Desktop menu appears click on Help.
   
4. On the first level menu you will find multiple sections.
   
5. Clicking on a section will show you the sub categories contained within. Or use the search function for assistance.
