How to start your Macbook from Another Boot Device or Boot Camp
Description: This guide shows you how to boot from another device other than your hard drive. This could be used for booting from a Boot Camp partition or any other bootable media that is plugged into the system.
- Plug in any bootable media that you wish to boot off of while the Macbook is on.
- Choose System Preferences either from your dock or from the Apple in the top left of the screen.
- Choose Startup Disk under the System tab.
- Choose which device you would like to boot off of (in this case it's BOOTCAMP Windows) and select Target Disk Mode….
