What is new in Outlook 2013

Description: Details of the new features in Microsoft Outlook 2013.

Microsoft Outlook 2013 has a new look that is designed to provide an easier view of emails, calendars, and contacts. Some of the new features include Peeks, Inline Reply, People Card, and Share Calendar.

  • Peeks: This feature allows you to quickly look at your email, calendar, and contact information within the same window. This saves time from having to switch back and forth between different windows to view the information.
  • Inline Reply: This feature allows you to directly reply to an email message without having to open it first. The reply can be written directly in the reading pane and then sent. This saves time by allowing you to get through your email messages faster.
  • People Card: This feature displays information from your contacts all in one place. The people card displays phone numbers, email addresses, company info, addresses, and even social networking updates. This creates a one stop solution to all of your contacts and makes finding contact information easier.
  • Share Calendar: This feature makes it easier to share your calendar and appointments with other people. The share calendar feature allows the user to choose what they want others to see and for what time period it is available for viewing.
