How to remove a Widget from the Lock Screen on Jelly Bean 4.2
Description: A guide on removing widgets that have been added to the lock screen on a tablet using Jelly Bean 4.2.
- On the lock screen swipe from Left to right to find the widget to be removed.
- When the widget has been selected, Touch and hold on the widget until Remove shows up at the top as shown in the picture below.
- Move the widget to Remove at the top, the widget will turn red as shown in the picture below, and remove the finger from the screen.
- The widget has now been removed from the lock screen.
