How to download and install PowerSpec Drivers in Windows

This process is intended to be done on a desktop or notebook computer that will have sufficient storage space available to download sometimes LARGE driver files and also have the means to connect something like a USB flash drive or external hard drive to transfer these drivers to the PowerSpec computer. This tool can also be used on the actual computer needing the drivers as long as it has a working internet connection.
