How to disable Application Specific Notifications in Android 4.4

- Open the Settings application.
- Tap Apps.
- Tap the application you wish to disable notifications for. In this example, we are using Facebook.
- Tap the check box next to Show notifications.
- Tap OK on the confirmation box. Notifications for the application have now been disabled.
