Description: This guide applies to both ESET NOD32 Antivirus Version 7 and ESET Smart Security Version 7. This article will show you how to change the Windows Update Notifications in ESET NOD32 Antivirus 7.

1. Open the ESET software by double clicking the ESET icon in the system tray (near the clock). You may need to click on the triangle to show hidden icons.
   
2. Click Setup.
   
3. Click Enter advanced setup.
   
4. Click the + next to Tools and then click System updates.
   
   
5. From the dropdown menu, select the level of Windows Updates you wish to be notified about. No matter which option you select, ESET will continue to update automatically.
   
6. Click OK and close the ESET window.
