Description: This article will show how to turn on the Hey Cortana voice action in Windows 10. This allows you to quickly access Cortana to speak a search term or other actions, such as adding an event to a calendar.

1. Click the search box at the lower left hand corner of the screen.
   
2. Click the notebook icon.
   
3. Click Settings.
   
4. Click the switch below Hey Cortana.
   
5. This feature has now been enabled. While the computer is on, saying Hey Cortana will automatically activate the search box and begin listening for the search term or action to be done.
