How to set up an iPad to Sync Contacts with iCloud

- Open the Settings application on your iPad.
- Select iCloud from within settings and then Sign In with your Apple ID and password.
- Tap the switch next to Contacts to turn syncing of contacts on or off. The slider should show green to indicate this is enabled.
