How to change the Night Light Settings in Windows 10

Description: This article will show how to change the Night Light settings to change the color temperature of the screen at different times of the day in Windows 10.

  1. Open the Start Menu by choosing the Start Button, then select the Settings icon.

  2. This will open the Settings menu. From here, select System.

  3. On the left-hand side, make sure that Display is selected, then on the right side of the screen, choose Night light settings.

  4. From here there are two options.
    • Sunset to Sunrise: This setting option will look at the local time to determine when the night light should be used.
    • Set Hours: This setting option will ask for a specific start time and end time for when the night light setting will turn on.
