Relax! Do not call the number on the screen. This probably isn't legitimate and your computer is probably fine.

Start by first trying to restart your computer. In most cases that might take care of the problem. If the problem persists, then here is another option:

• Press the Windows Key and Letter R on your keyboard. This will bring up a run box.
• Type microsoft-edge: www.microcenter.com into the run box and then press the enter key. This will bring up Microsoft Edge with two tabs.
• Right click on the non Micro Center tab and close it.
