Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Sprint are strong, compact and have a highly adjustable design with custom electronics and powerful SmartControl software. If you’re looking for pedals that help you to be quick and consistent, look no further. A perfect choice for casual simracers and professional Esports drivers.
The Sim Pedals Sprint are designed for home-use only (eg. Esports simulators, simracing enthusiasts). For professional driver training and commercial applications please check out the Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Ultimate+.
Engineering
The Sim Pedals Sprint are made out of CNC precision laser cut steel. All metal profiles either have a RAL7016 Anthracite Grey fine-structure powder coat or a bead blasted semi-gloss metallic look. The pedals have passed full EMC compliance testing, guaranteeing a stable output signal regardless of other electronic components used in your simulator.
Mathematical models were made to accurately calculate pedal travel and force curves, predicting (very accurate) how each pedal behaves in different configurations. These pedals include all new concepts for bearings and pivot points in order to minimize unnecessary play.
The Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Sprint use durable load cells to measure the throttle and clutch position and the force applied to the brake. As opposed to designs with rotary potentiometers, load cells provide true linear output in relation to your pedal output.
The brake uses a dual stage brake system. This consists an adjustable initial coil spring which is simulating the pad to disc gap and progressive rubber springs. You can choose between six different rubber stack heights and the paddle angle and height can also be adjusted.
A 120kg load cell measures up to 65kg (143lbs) of maximum actual brake force. This brake caters simracers who like to apply significant force while braking but also for simracers who like much lower operating forces.
The throttle is smooth, accurate and greatly adjustable. It gives you excellent control over any race car. You can set up the throttle exactly how you like by adjusting the pedal force curve, spring preload, pedal angle and pedal height. You can also choose five pedal travel settings.
A regressive spring mechanism simulates a typical concave clutch curve. The clutch features three pedal force curve settings, had an adjustable spring preload, pedal angle and pedal height.
Powered by Heusinkveld SmartControl software
The Sim Pedals Sprint come with a powerful configuration tool called: SmartControl. This tool is allowing you to set up your pedals. SmartControl is working together with all-new electronics, it allows instant mapping of (non-linear) pedal output curves, pedal deadzones and brake pedal force. Good to know: all settings can be saved into profiles and loaded in a few mouse clicks. Also all adjustments can be made without having to recalibrate the pedals.
More Information
We also offer an optional mounting plate for the Sim Pedals Sprint: the Sim Pedals Sprint Baseplate. Please be aware that these pedals cannot be installed on a floor without further support, or in a wheel stand where there is no solid connection between the pedals and the seat. A full frame rig/simulator is required for the Sim Pedals Sprint, even when you use the optional Sim Pedals Sprint Baseplate.
This product is supported on PC / Windows platform with Windows 10 or newer. It cannot be used on consoles such as Xbox or Playstation or on Linux.
